3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
No Refund Available for:
- Change of mind after accessing educational content
- Completed courses with certificates issued
- Account termination due to terms of service violations
- Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
- Services used for more than 30 days
- Downloaded or accessed digital materials
4. Refund Request Process
Submit Request: Send a refund request to contact@damk.com.tr with your order number, account email, and reason for refund.
Verification: Our team will verify your account activity, usage history, and eligibility within 2 business days.
Decision Notification: You will receive an email with our decision and any additional information required within 3 business days.
Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-14 business days, depending on your payment method.
Confirmation: You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

- Refunds are processed in Turkish Lira (₺)

6.1 Medical or Emergency Situations

6.2 Subscription Cancellation

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
- No refund for the current billing period unless eligible under this policy
- Access continues until subscription expiry date
