2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of medical educational services and digital products through our online platform, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Medical Educational Services Offered:

• Online medical video courses and mnemonic tutorials
• Interactive medical learning materials and memory cards
• Medical practice quizzes and exam simulations
• Progress tracking and study analytics
• Medical study group and collaboration features
• Digital medical certificates upon completion
• Medical case studies and clinical scenarios

4. Rights and Obligations

4.1 Student Rights:

4.2 Student Obligations:

• Provide accurate personal and payment information
• Use medical educational services in accordance with terms of use
• Respect intellectual property rights of medical content
• Pay subscription fees on time
• Not share account credentials with others
• Use medical content for educational purposes only

5. Payment and Delivery

5.1 Payment Methods:

5.2 Payment Security:

All payments are processed securely through Iyzico payment gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant. Credit card information is not stored on our servers.

5.3 Medical Education Service Delivery:

Digital medical educational services are delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation through the online platform. Access credentials are provided via email within 15 minutes of payment completion. Medical content is available 24/7 for optimal learning flexibility.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Important: According to Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services that have been started to be performed with the consumer’s explicit consent.

For medical educational services, the right of withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion, provided that the service has not been started. Once you begin accessing medical educational content, the right of withdrawal is waived.

6.1 Withdrawal Process:

• Include order number and reason for withdrawal
• Withdrawal must be requested within 14 days
• Refund will be processed within 14 days of withdrawal

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Eligible Refund Conditions:

• Technical issues preventing access to services
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Cancellation within withdrawal period (if applicable)
• Service not delivered as described

7.2 Non-Refundable Situations:

• Change of mind after accessing content
• Account termination due to terms violation
• Completed courses with certificates issued
• Services used for more than 14 days

8. Medical Content Intellectual Property

All medical educational content, including mnemonic videos, medical texts, clinical images, and interactive medical materials, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the medical content for personal educational purposes only. Medical content may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the medical educational services. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or medical educational outcomes. Technical issues beyond our control may affect service availability. Medical content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through:

• Direct negotiation between parties
• Consumer Arbitration Committees
• Turkish courts in accordance with Turkish law

12. Amendments

This agreement may be amended by the company with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of services after amendments constitutes acceptance of new terms.
